Terms of Use

The agreement that governs your use of Rizo.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Rizo you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Rizo on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. The service
Rizo automates replies to your customers using AI and the content you provide. AI output may be inaccurate; you remain responsible for the information your bot provides and for reviewing escalations.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Rizo a limited licence to host, process, and use it solely to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights and any required consents to share it, including customer data.
6. Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and the terms of any connected platform (e.g. Meta/WhatsApp Business policies).
7. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Conversation limits reset monthly. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Prices may change with notice.
8. Third-party services
Integrations (WhatsApp, Instagram, calendars, Slack, payment providers) are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability.
9. Intellectual property
Rizo, its software, and branding are owned by us. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the service.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose a security risk. You may close your account at any time.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify Rizo against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms with notice. Rizo operates in Jordan, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located among those four, and disputes will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you.
