Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Rizo to

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who have not contacted you or opted in.
• Share illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent that customers are speaking with a human when asked directly.
• Collect sensitive data (health, financial credentials, government IDs) without a lawful basis.
• Attempt to breach, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
• Violate the policies of WhatsApp, Instagram, or other connected platforms.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
