How cancellations and refunds work.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or if you contact legal@rizo.live within 7 days of your first payment. Add-on usage is non-refundable once consumed.
